How long does the battery last?

Up to 60 minutes of continuous use on a full charge. Charging takes approximately 90 minutes with the included USB-C cable.

Can I use it on wet hair?

No. The Curlmate must always be used on completely dry hair to avoid hair damage and ensure safety.

What temperatures does it reach?

6 temperature levels from 150°C to 200°C, adaptable to all hair types.

Does it work on all hair types?

Yes. From fine and colour-treated hair (low temperatures) to thick and coarse hair (high temperatures).

How long does it take to heat up?

It reaches the selected temperature in approximately 60 seconds from switch-on.

Does it turn off automatically?

Yes. It features automatic shut-off after 10 minutes without use.

Can I charge it with a power bank?

Yes, thanks to USB-C charging you can charge it with any compatible power bank or USB-C charger.

How long does the curl last?

Between 6 and 12 hours depending on your hair type and the products used. With a fixing hairspray, it can last until the next day.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes, an official 12-month warranty from the date of purchase at Lumus One.

How long until my order arrives?

Can I return the Curlmate?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
