Curlmate — Ceramic Hair Styler
Does it work on all hair types?
Yes. The Curlmate has 6 temperature levels (150°C–200°C) suitable for all hair types. We recommend 150°C for fine or damaged hair, 180°C for thick hair, and 200°C for very coarse or resistant hair.
Can I use it on wet hair?
No. It must always be used on completely dry hair.
Does it turn off automatically?
Yes. The Curlmate has an auto shut-off after 60 minutes of inactivity — a safety feature for total peace of mind.
What type of cord does it have?
It features a fabric-wrapped cord with a 360° swivel that prevents tangles and lets you move freely while styling.
What do the negative ions do?
Negative ions close the hair cuticle, reduce frizz, and add natural shine — no serum or extra products needed.
Can I use it to both curl and straighten?
Yes. The Curlmate's ceramic plates allow you to create curls and waves as well as straighten, all with the same tool.

6D Eye Massager
How many sessions before I see results?
Most users notice relief from the first session. For sustained results on dark circles and puffiness, we recommend 15 minutes daily for 3–4 weeks.
Is it safe for people with eye conditions?
The massager acts on periocular tissues (eyelids, temples, under-eye area) and does not apply direct pressure to the eyeball. If you have glaucoma, retinal detachment, recent eye surgery, or another active ophthalmological condition, consult your eye doctor before use.
Can I use it if I wear glasses or contact lenses?
Remove contact lenses before each session. No special preparation is needed for glasses, but you'll need to remove them to use the massager.
How long does the battery last?
The 1200 mAh battery provides up to 20 sessions of 15 minutes per full charge. Recharged via USB cable (included).
Is it comfortable to wear?
Yes. The adjustable band fits any head size and the interior fabric is soft to the touch. You can use it lying down or sitting comfortably. Weight is approximately 300g.
4D Eye Massager
What's the main difference between the 4D and 6D?
The 4D has 4 stimulation points targeting upper and lower eyelids. The 6D has 6 points, also covering the temples and outer periocular arc, offering greater coverage and intensity. For occasional use or getting started: 4D. For intensive daily use: 6D.
Does it have Bluetooth and built-in music?
Yes. The 4D Massager includes Bluetooth connectivity to listen to music or podcasts from your phone during your session.
Does it include heat like the 6D?
Yes. Both models include gentle heat at 42°C, airbag compression, vibration, and Bluetooth. The difference is the number of stimulation points and periocular coverage.
7-Color LED Face Mask
How often should I use the mask?
For optimal results: 4–5 sessions per week of 15–20 minutes. In the first two weeks you can start with 2–3 sessions to let your skin adjust.
How soon will I see results?
A brighter, more even complexion is noticeable from week 1–2. Reduction of active acne: 3–4 weeks. Improvement in fine lines and firmness: 6–8 weeks with regular use. Consistency is key.
Is it safe for sensitive or reactive skin?
Yes. Low-intensity LED phototherapy (LLLT) does not damage tissue, does not generate heat, and has no contraindications for sensitive skin. It's suitable for all skin types year-round, including reactive skin and rosacea.
Do I need to wear protective goggles?
Not required, but recommended for longer sessions, especially with blue and infrared light. The mask fully covers the eyes during use, so direct exposure is minimal.
Can I use it if I have active acne?
Yes. Blue light (415–430 nm) is specifically indicated for active acne: it has a bactericidal effect on Cutibacterium acnes, the bacteria responsible for inflammatory acne, without drying or irritating the skin.
EMS Facial Lifting Device
How many weeks until I see results?
The first improvement in skin tone and circulation is noticeable in weeks 1–2. Jawline definition improves visibly from weeks 4–6 with regular use of 3–4 sessions per week of 10–15 minutes.
Does EMS treatment hurt?
No. Home-use EMS devices work at very low intensities (microamps), below the pain threshold. The sensation is a mild tingling or vibration. If you feel discomfort, reduce the intensity until you adjust.
Can I use it if I have metal implants?
Use is not recommended over areas with metal implants (screws, plates, titanium dental implants in the jaw area) or for people with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices. Consult your doctor if in doubt.
What do I use as a conductive gel?
You can use any neutral EMS conductive gel (available at pharmacies) or, alternatively, a water-based fluid serum (such as a hyaluronic acid serum). Oils and dense creams do not conduct current well and reduce treatment effectiveness.
Does it work for people over 50?
Yes. EMS has no age limit and its effectiveness does not diminish on mature skin. In fact, it's especially beneficial from age 45–50, when facial muscle tone loss is more pronounced. Results are progressive and require more consistency, but they are visible.
