Returns Policy

At Lumus One we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is our returns policy.

Returns window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unopened, with the original packaging intact.
• Returns of opened or used products will not be accepted (for hygiene reasons).
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error with the order.

How to start a return

1. Email us at admin@bluebreeze.es with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm your return within 24–48 hours.
3. Send the product to the address we provide.
4. Once received and verified, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
